Strategy & Engagement (NFP & International)

Crystal works across strategy, communication and delivery within not-for-profit and international development contexts.

Her experience spans campaign strategy, program design and stakeholder engagement across Melbourne, London, Paris and Mozambique, including work with UNICEF, World Vision Australia, South East Water and Penington Institute.

She supports organisations to structure and articulate their work clearly across complex environments.

Strategy, Applications & Digital (Arts & Culture)

Kristy works across applications, digital strategy and audience engagement within arts and cultural contexts.

She has worked with organisations including Sydney International Piano Competition, Sydney Fringe Festival, Music in the Regions, Indigenous Art Code and Patternmakers, and with artists including Nicole Smede and Mujingaal Yangamba.

She supports artists and organisations to clearly define, position and articulate their work across grants, exhibitions, residencies and awards.
